Single vehicle crash results in the death of one woman near Baton Rouge

The report stated that the woman was injured during the initial impact, then died at some time later that night while being transported to the hospital. The Louisiana State Police took a toxicology sample, as is required in all fatal accidents. They suspect that the woman may have been under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time.
