Car crash lawyers in Atlanta, Georgia recognize a Georgia teen who crashed her Mercedes last September into the back of another vehicle that left the motorist in a coma for several weeks, and is now suffering from traumatic brain injury. The teen, who was driving the Mercedes, was allegedly was using the app “and trying to reach 100 mph when her car crashed.”
The driver is now facing felony charges for the damages she brought on.
Car collision attorneys in Atlanta, Georgia note she is now being charged with “with reckless driving, super speeder, driving too fast for conditions and serious injury by vehicle, the last of which is a felony.” The district attorney’s office has stepped up to handle the case as her charge is a felony, and displayed a shear disregard for public safety. Although she has recently admitted she was traveling at 90 mph, she “denied using the Snapchat app at the time of the crash.”
WSB Radio News also reported that the injured individual’s family is suing the teen as well as Snapchat “for encouraging this reckless behavior.”
